1. The 7-Day Exchange/Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The garment does not fit as expected.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received does not match the description on the site.
2. Return Conditions
- The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging (bags/boxes) must be intact for hygiene and quality purposes.
3. How to Return
- Notify Us: Contact our WhatsApp support or email
support@littlelegend.storewith your Order ID. - Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep.
- Inspection: Once our team verifies that the item is in its original, unused state, we proceed with the resolution.
4. Refund & Exchange Process
- Exchanges: We provide free size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
- Store Credit: If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a digital Store Credit to your account, valid for 6 months.
- Refunds: For manufacturing defects, we offer a full refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 working days of the item’s return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, certain items like socks, undergarments, or opened baby care accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrive in a damaged state.
