Return & Refund Policy

At LittleLegend, we know that kids grow fast and sizing can be tricky. We’ve made our returns as gentle as our fabrics.

1. The 7-Day Exchange/Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The garment does not fit as expected.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received does not match the description on the site.

2. Return Conditions

  • The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging (bags/boxes) must be intact for hygiene and quality purposes.

3. How to Return

  1. Notify Us: Contact our WhatsApp support or email support@littlelegend.store with your Order ID.
  2. Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep.
  3. Inspection: Once our team verifies that the item is in its original, unused state, we proceed with the resolution.

4. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Exchanges: We provide free size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
  • Store Credit: If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a digital Store Credit to your account, valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds: For manufacturing defects, we offer a full refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 working days of the item’s return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items like socks, undergarments, or opened baby care accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrive in a damaged state.
